How can Yard Act's story telling and commentary on identity translate into a music video with a post-punk visual language?
Response
The visual response combines collage and observational street drawings to capture the changing identities of homes as ownership shifts. Hand-drawn animation and a complementary merchandise range extend the DIY aesthetic, creating a playful yet critical interpretation of the song's social commentary.
